Return & Refund Policy

At Kakoli’s Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our handcrafted items are checked with care before dispatch, but if you face any issues, kindly refer to the following policy:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if the cancellation is requested before dispatch.
  • To cancel, notify us promptly with your order information using the contact form, WhatsApp, or by replying “CANCEL ORDER” to your order confirmation email.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on bank timelines.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. No returns are allowed for other reasons due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Notify Kakoli’s Collection within 48 hours of delivery, providing an unboxing video (from opening the outer package to showing the item in its delivered condition), plus photos of the package and damaged item(s).
  • If the parcel looks tampered or damaged externally, kindly refuse the delivery and inform our team immediately.
  • If a return is approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you on self-shipping. If self-shipping is required, reasonable return courier charges may be reimbursed.

Refunds & Replacement

  • After receiving the returned item(s) and confirming the claim, we will process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are initiated within 3–5 working days after inspection and approval and may take additional days as per your bank’s processing cycle.
