At Kakoli’s Collection, we strive to deliver your handcrafted jewelry with care and promptness.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping within India on orders above ₹599.
- For orders below ₹599, a fixed shipping fee of ₹90 will be applied at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch Time
- Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we typically process and ship it within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
Delivery Time
- Domestic shipments generally take 3–7 business days to reach your address after dispatch.
- If shipments are handled by India Post or other courier services, delivery times may vary accordingly.
Shipping Partners
- We use reputed courier services such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx, or others as applicable to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including house number, street name, landmark (if any), area, and PIN code along with a valid phone number for smooth delivery.
Payment Methods & COD
- Payments can be made online via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or QR code payments.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select orders above ₹599 and below ₹4000, subject to courier partner acceptance.
Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment’s status.
- You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
- Contact Kakoli’s Collection support for any shipping queries or if you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation.
