1. General

  • By accessing or placing an order on kakolis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
  • Kakoli’s Collection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Products and Orders

  • Kakoli’s Collection offers handcrafted terracotta jewelry and related products. Product descriptions, colors, and sizes are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations due to the handmade nature may occur.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices or due to stock unavailability.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched for shipping. Cancellation requests after dispatch cannot be accepted.
  • To cancel, contact us promptly with your order details.

4. Payment

  • Kakoli’s Collection supports multiple secure payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Payment gateways use industry-standard encryption for your protection.
  • We do not store your payment card details. In case of payment failure, money debited will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with bank processing times.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines depend on the product and destination. We use reputed courier services for delivering orders safely.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Customs duties and import taxes for international orders, if any, are borne by the buyer as per applicable law.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos/videos.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be credited to the original payment method after inspection and approval of returned items.
  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of products, other return requests are generally not accepted.

7. Liability

  • Kakoli’s Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to products sold is limited to the purchase price paid.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or transactions on kakolis.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
